摘要

面对"脱实向虚"的经济现实以及企业金融化趋势的现实背景,企业金融化的动机及经济后果引起广泛关注.以 2013-2022 年中国沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,发现产品市场竞争越激烈,企业金融化越高,这可能是通过加剧企业的经营风险和融资约束导致的;处于不同生命周期阶段的企业产品市场竞争对企业金融化的影响具有差异性;经济政策不确定性会加强两者之间的关系.应适当关注金融市场,科学化地配置企业的金融资产,以获得长期稳定的发展.

Abstract

Faced with the economic reality of"shifting from reality to virtuality"and the current trend of corporate financialization,the motives and economic consequences of corporate financialization have attracted widespread attention in the academic community.Using Chinese A-share listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2013 to 2022 as research samples,it was found that the more intense the competition in the product market,the higher the financialization of enterprises.This may be due to the intensification of operational risks and financing constraints of enterprises,which enhances the trend of financialization.The impact of product-market competition on corporate financialization varies among enterprises in different stages of their life cycle.Policy uncertainty will strengthen the relationship between the two.We should pay appropriate attention to the financial market and scientifically allocate the financial assets of enterprises to achieve long-term stable development and promote high-quality economic growth.
