A Study on the Influencing Factors of Research Integrity in Universities from the Dual Perspectives of Management and Being Managed——Questionnaire Survey Based on F Province
Research integrity is a basic behavioral norm that researchers should follow,and the optimization of systems and environment is an effective means to smoothly carry out research integrity governance.Based on the dual perspectives of university managers and managed individuals,a survey plan was designed from the perspectives of the academic evaluation system and research management system formulated by the managers,the research literacy of the managed individuals,and the current status of the research environment.A questionnaire survey was conducted on universities in F province.Through the analysis of structural equation modeling results,it was found that the quality of researchers themselves is the most important factor affecting research integrity.The improvement of academic evaluation and research management systems is conducive to improving the norms of research integrity behavior.The impact of the research environment on the integrity behavior of researchers is lower than that of the other three factors;In terms of mechanism,research integrity knowledge,academic ethics level,and other factors have a significant impact on various latent variables.From the perspective of managers,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity system and improve the management system and mechanism;From the perspective of the managed,researchers should strengthen their learning of scientific research integrity knowledge,do a good job of self-restraint,and contribute to creating a good atmosphere of scientific research integrity.
