The construction of the counselor team is an important part of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The existing management system has a supervisory and game like relationship,which makes it difficult to stimulate work initiative and improve work efficiency.High empowerment organizational management model is endowed to promote self-development goals,self-management system construction,and create a good atmosphere for self-development,which is conducive to forming a community of shared destiny in the new era where teachers and students resonate and motivate each other.The work of a counselor is unique,with clear job boundaries and the ability for horizontal and integrated development,which is in line with the optimal organizational management plan.By authorizing counselors to have certain work autonomy,improving their decision-making freedom,enhancing their work efficiency and quality,exploring ways to establish support mechanisms for school level student work management departments,recognizing and releasing their rights by secondary unit student management departments,and preparing counselors to accept their authority,we can strengthen counselors'sense of mission and responsibility,and promote the smooth realization of the goal of moral education.
