In the new era,universities should promote the high-quality development of party building work and continuously explore innovative paths to improve the quality of party building and education.Starting from theoretical and practical dimensions,based on the TOE theoretical framework,this study examines the difficulties of party building and education in universities at the technical,organizational,and environmental levels.Combining with the exploration and practice of M university relying on smart party building to improve the quality of party building and education,it's proposed to create new concepts and platforms for party building and education,strengthen the innovative path of enhancing the creativity,organizational strength,and brand strength of party building education with a new pattern of party building and education community as the center,aiming to provide empirical inspiration for breaking through the difficulties of party building education in universities,improving the quality of party building education in universities,and assisting the high-quality development of higher education.
