Serological investigation of non-structural protein 3ABC antibody of swine foot-and-mouth disease virus in Shanghai Songjiang district
To find out infection of swine foot-and-mouth disease in Songjiang district from 2020 to 2022,a total of 1 505 pig serum samples collected from representative scale pig farm and professional household,were detected for non-structural protein 3ABC anti-body of swine foot-and-mouth disease virus by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the result showed that 32 samples were positive,the positive rate was 2.13%.The positive rate of scale farm and professional household was 1.16%and 3.78%.
