Monitoring results and analysis of serum antibodies against major animal diseases in Luoyuan county from spring 2022 to spring 2023
In order to effectively and scientifically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of centralized immunization against major ani-mal diseases in Luoyuan county,serum immune antibody monitoring was carried out within a certain period of time after the imple-mentation of mandatory immunization against major animal diseases in spring and autumn,and serum antibody testing for brucellosis was also carried out at the same time.The results showed that the overall qualified rate of serum immune antibodies for major animal diseases in Luoyuan county from spring 2022 to spring 2023 was high(all above 80%);Brucellosis serum antibodies were found to be positive in 6 batches tested in the autumn of 2022,and strict prevention and control measures such as culling were subsequently tak-en,achieving good results.This result provides a scientific reference for further improving the prevention and control measures of ma-jor animal diseases in the future.
