摘要
本研究对制备出的单克隆抗体进行鉴定,并以此为基础构建鼠棒状杆菌免疫层析检测方法,制备检测试纸.试验结果表明:试验获取的单克隆抗体效价高(1.6×103～1.28×104),特异性和灵敏度好.免疫层析胶体金试纸最低检出限为 10-6CFU/mL,与大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等无交叉反应,具有一定的临床意义.
Abstract
In this study,the prepared monoclonal antibody was identified,and based on this,an immunochromatographic assay for Corynebacterium kutscheri was constructed,and a test strip was prepared.The experimental results showed that the monoclonal anti-body obtained by the test had high titer(1.6×103-1.28×104),good specificity and sensitivity.The minimum detection limit of im-munochromatographic colloidal gold strip is 10-6CFU/mL,and there is no cross reaction with Escherichia coli,Salmonella,etc.,which has certain clinical significance.
