Germicidal effect of potassium monopersulfate on Vibrio alginolyticus in shellfish breeding water
The killing effect of potassium monopersulfate on Vibrio alginolyticus in clam breeding ponds seawater was studied. The ef-fects of different temperature, different concentration of potassium monopersulfate and different concentration of bacterial solution on the inhibition of Vibrio alginolyticus were studied by single factor experiment and 3 factor 3 orthogonal experiment.According to the results of single factor experiment, the germicidal effect was significant when the temperature was 20-30℃,the concentration of potassium monopersulfate was 20 mg/L-40 mg/L and the concentration of bacterial was 105-107CFU/mL;The orthogonal experiment results showed that the temperature of 25℃,potassium monopersulfate concentration of 40 mg/L and bacterial solution concentration of 105CFU/mL were the best conditions for killing Vibrio alginolyticus by potassium monopersulfate; When the drug concentration≧11 mg/L,the sterilization rate≧99%;When the drug concentration is greater than 9 mg/L,there is no significant difference in the bacte-ricidal rate of the drug action time 1-24 h,and the efficacy of potassium persulfate can be maintained for 24 h.
