不同日龄河田鸡体尺及屠宰性能的测定分析

Determination and analysis of body size and slaughter performance of Hetian chickens at different ages

试验选择河田鸡为研究材料,分别测定 150 日龄(上市日龄)、300 日龄体尺及屠宰性能.结果表明:成年(300 日龄)河田鸡公鸡的体重、体斜长、龙骨长、胸深、胸宽、胫围等均显著或极显著高于上市日龄(P<0.05 或P<0.01);成年(300 日龄)河田鸡母鸡的体重、体斜长、胸深、胸宽、胫长等均显著或极显著著高于上市日龄(P<0.05 或P<0.01);300 日龄河田鸡公鸡的屠宰率极显著高于 150 日龄(P<0.01),150 日龄河田鸡母鸡腿肌率显著低于 300 日龄河田鸡母鸡,其他屠宰性能指标间差异不显著(P﹥0.05).这为河田鸡保种及进一步开发利用提供了理论依据.
Hetian chickens were selected as the research material,and body size and slaughter performance were determined at 150 days of age(market age)and 300 days of age,respectively.The results showed as follows:the body weight,oblique length,keel length,chest depth,chest width and shin circumference of adult Hetian cocks(300 days of age)were significantly higher than those of market age cocks(P<0.05,P<0.01).The body weight,body oblique length,breast depth,breast width and shin length of adult Hetian hens(300 days of age)were significantly higher than those of market age hens(P<0.05,P<0.01).The slaughter rate of 300-day-old Hetian cocks was significantly higher than that of 150-day-old(P<0.01),and the leg muscle rate of 150-day-old Hetian hens was significantly lower than that of 300-day-old Hetian hens,but there was no significant difference in other slaughtering performance(P>0.05).This provides a theoretical basis for breeding preservation and further development and utilization of hetain fowl.
