摘要
2020-2022 年,运用荧光聚合酶链反应有计划地对上海市松江区猪群开展猪传染性胃肠炎病毒核酸检测,共检测粪便棉拭子样品 1 110 份,结果全部为阴性.说明上海市松江区猪传染性胃肠炎传播流行的可能性较低,对该病的防控有成效.
Abstract
To carry out nucleic acid detection of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine(TGE)by fluorescent polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in Songjiang district from 2020 to 2022,a total of 1 110 pig stool swabs samples collected in three years,the results were all negative.The results indicated the possibility of transmission and epidemic of TGE in Songjiang district is relatively low,and the pre-vention and control of the disease have been effective.
