摘要
为深入了解木薯块根作为饲料饲养番鸭的效果,采用晒干和发酵处理木薯块根组成配方进行试验.以专用饲料为对照,设计 3 个处理,每个处理 60 羽 55 日龄番鸭,单圈散养,饲养周期 50 d.观测各组饲料特征,番鸭饲养过程中进食情况、成活率、增重、外观体型、屠体性能、鸭肉品质等,分析饲养番鸭成效.结果表明,木薯饲料饲养的番鸭均能正常生长,外观体型综合表现较好,具有农家番鸭特征;利用木薯饲养番鸭,可减少对玉米、小麦、稻谷等谷物粮食依赖,作为饲料开发具有较大潜力.
Abstract
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of using cassava root tubers as feed for feeding muscovy ducks,a formula consisting of dried and fermented cassava root tubers was used.Using specialized feed as control group,and three treatments were designed,with 60 55-day-old muscovy ducks in each treatment,and the feeding period was 50 days.Observe the feed charac-teristics of each group,the feeding status,survival rate,weight gain,appearance and body shape,carcass performance,duck meat quality,and other growth performance of muscovy ducks during the feeding process,and analyze the effectiveness of raising muscovy ducks.The experimental results showed that all muscovy ducks fed with cassava feed were able to grow normally,with good overall appearance and body shape,and had the characteristics of farmhouse muscovy ducks;Raising muscovy ducks with cassava can reduce dependence on grains such as corn,wheat,and rice,and has great potential for feed development.
