摘要
重组酶介导等温扩增(Recombinase aided amplification,RAA)技术是新兴的核酸等温扩增技术,在食品安全检测、环境监测、水产病害检测、动物疫病检测等各领域已经被广泛利用.为了解RAA技术原理及其在兽医诊断中的应用,本文从RAA技术原理、引物设计、检测方法和应用进行阐述,旨在提高兽医从业人员对RAA诊断技术的认识.
Abstract
Recombinase aided amplification(RAA)technology is a new nucleic acid isothermal amplification technology,which has been widely used in food safety detection,environmental monitoring,aquatic disease detection,animal disease detection,and other fields.To learn the technology principle and application of RAA in veterinary diagnosis,the article expounds the principle,primer de-sign,detection method,and application of RAA technology,aimed at improving the understanding of RAA diagnosis technology by veterinary practitioners.
