小反刍兽疫疫苗免疫效果监测

摘要
为监测小反刍兽疫-山羊痘二联活疫苗对小反刍兽疫的免疫效果,结合桐城市"先打后补"项目的实施,分别抽取 3 个规模养殖场免疫注射后 7 d、35 d羊血清样品 180 份,用竞争ELISA法进行检测.结果表明,小反刍兽疫-山羊痘二联活疫苗在免疫注射后 7d产生免疫抗体;35 d抗体滴度高,抗体阳性率高达 92.2%,符合国家规定的群体免疫抗体合格率在 70%以上要求,免疫效果确实,可有效阻遏小反刍兽疫的发生与流行.
Abstract
In order to evaluate the effect of peste des petits ruminants(PPR)and goat pox live vaccine,with the project"immune first then subsidize",180 sheep serum from 3 farms 7 days and 35 days after immunization were tested by competitive ELISA method.The results showed sheep produced antibodies 7 days after immunization.After 35 days,the antibody titer was high with a positive rate of up to 92.2%.The qualified rate of immune antibody against PPR was over 70%,complying with national regulations.So the immuna-tion was effective,and it indeed curbed the spread of peste des petits ruminants.
