摘要
为提升水产品中氯霉素检测的准确度,让检测人员选择准确度更高、试验结果更稳定的国标方法,本研究使用四种现行氯霉素检测的液相质谱国标方法进行检测,分析检测过程及结果,并对方法提出改进建议.
Abstract
In oredr to improve the accuracy of chloramphenicol detection in aquatic products,enable testing personnel to choose na-tional standard methods with higher accuracy and more stable experimental results,this study used four currently effective liquid chro-matography-tandem mass spectrometry national standard methods for chloramphenicol detection,analyze the testing process and re-sults,and propose improvement suggestions for the method.
