Strains of common yeast expression systems and their application in the development of swine vaccines
In recent years,the continuous mutation of swine disease viruses has caused huge economic losses to the global pig breed-ing industry.This paper summarizes the advantages of the common strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Hansenosis yeast and Pichia pastoris expression systems and their application in the development of swine vaccines,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the future development of swine vaccines with yeast expression systems.
