一株鹅细小病毒的分离鉴定和基因序列分析

对临床采集的疑似鹅细小病毒病的鹅病料进行鹅胚分离培养、PCR鉴定和序列分析。结果在鹅胚尿囊液中扩增出640 bp的鹅细小病毒基因片段,测序结果分析显示,分离的毒株确定为鹅细小病毒。根据检测结果对该鹅场制定综合防治措施,控制了疫情的蔓延。
Isolation, identification, and gene sequence analysis of a goose parvovirus strain
Goose embryos were isolated, cultured, PCR identified, and sequence analyzed from clinically collected samples suspected of goose parvovirus disease. As a result, a 640 bp gene fragment of goose parvovirus was amplified in the allantoic fluid of goose em-bryos, sequencing analysis showed that the isolated strain was confirmed to be goose parvovirus. Based on the test results, comprehen-sive prevention and control measures were formulated for the goose farm to control the spread of the epidemic.
