The laboratory of Pinghe County Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center of Fujian Province needs to monitor the epidenic situation of African swine fever in the ciunty regularly.The samples are usually deteced by serological and etiological meth-ods.The two detection methods were compared in this paper.
