Tea and Ganoderma lucidum are traditional food for both medicine and food, containing rich nutrients and active ingredients such as tea polyphenols, theanine, Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, triterpenoids and so on. In this paper, based on the safety function of tea and Ganoderma lucidum and medicinal function and reviewed the research progress in the application of livestock and poultry feed, aims to use dust, tea stem and Ganoderma lucidum fungus chaff waste as a healthy diet of breeding poultry additive for-mulation, looking forward to build"Tea-Fungus-Chicken"raising system of ecological benefit of ecological cycle and the problems to be solved.
