摘要
膳食纤维在维持动物肠道健康、提高畜牧业生产效率、改善肉类品质、增强驱虫能力、降低蛋白质排泄等方面具有重要意义,已成为畜牧业生产中的重要研究方向.本文就膳食纤维的分类与特性、理化功能、在畜禽中的应用效果、未来研究方向与挑战等方面进行归纳总结,为动物膳食纤维的研究及应用提供一些理论参考依据.
Abstract
Dietary fiber is of great significance in maintaining animal intestinal health, improving livestock production efficiency, im-proving meat quality, enhancing deworming ability, and reducing protein excretion. It has become an important research direction in livestock production. This article summarizes the classification and characteristics, physicochemical functions, application effects in livestock and poultry, future research directions and challenges of dietary fiber, providing some theoretical reference for the research and application of animal dietary fiber.
