Research progress on biological function and application of grape seed proanthocyanidins in livestock and poultry breeding
Grape seed proanthocyanidins(GSP)is polyphenols extracted from grape seeds,which has the biological functions of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,antibacterial,anti-stress,regulating immunity,regulating intestinal flora,etc.At present,it's also used in livestock and poultry breeding.The article reviews the biological functions of GSP and its application in livestock and poultry breed-ing,to provide reference for its further research and application in livestock and poultry breeding.
