本文分析了现有LF炉造渣工艺存在的成渣速度慢、精炼前期埋弧效果差、冶金效果不达预期等不足,通过设置工艺参数,为在出钢过程中添加更多炉渣材料创造了条件,实现了造渣前移,提升了化渣效果。在实施造渣前移后,渣钢反应得到提前进行,LF炉前期脱硫率得到了提升,钢中全氧及非金属夹杂物呈下降趋势,大数据统计材的力学指标得到了提升,降低了生产成本。
Optimization Practice of LF Furnace Slag Making Process
This article analyzes the current situation of LF furnace slag making process,which has shortcomings such as slow slag forming speed,poor arc embedding effect in the early refining stage,and unsatisfactory metallurgical effect.By setting process parameters,conditions are created for adding more slag materials in the steelmaking process,achieving forward slag making and improving slag making effect.After implementing the slag making forward movement,the slag steel reaction was carried out ahead of schedule,and the desulfurization rate in the early stage of the LF furnace was improved,The trend of total oxygen and non-metallic inclusions in steel is decreasing,and the mechanical indicators of big data statistical materials have been improved,reducing production costs.
