摘要
低碳齿轮钢SAE5120H等温正火材具有低磷、低氧、纯净度高、带状组织评级较低以及圆钢硬度低等优点,适用于采用冷锻工艺制造汽车齿轮零部件.江阴兴澄采用合理的炼钢、连铸、轧制以及等温正火工艺生产出了高品质SAE5120H等温正火圆钢.低碳齿轮钢SAE5120H圆钢的成功研制,提升了我国冷锻齿轮用钢的质量水平.
Abstract
Low carbon gear steel SAE5120H isothermal normalized material has the advantages of low phosphorus,low oxygen,high purity,low band structure rating,and low hardness of round steel.It is suitable for manufacturing automotive gear parts using cold forging technology.Jiangyin Xingcheng has produced high-quality SAE5120H isothermal normalized round steel using reasonable steelmaking,continuous casting,rolling,and isothermal normalized processes.The successful development of low-carbon gear steel SAE5120H round steel has improved the quality level of cold forged gear steel in China.
