摘要
福建三钢 6#高炉喷煤喷吹系统采用西门子 S7-400PLC系统、PROFINET 通讯方式,控制喷吹所有的设备依次按照条件自动动作,实现喷吹全自动倒罐控制.此项目的开发与应用对喷煤喷吹系统能够高效运行起着至关重要的作用.
Abstract
The 6#blast furnace coal injection system at Fujian San Gang Steel uses the Siemens S7-400 PLC system with PROFINET communication,which controls all the equipment in the injection system to automatically perform actions according to conditions,achieving full automatic switching of the coal storage tanks.The development and application of this project play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the coal injection system.
