This study aims to explore the current status and influencing factors of the stability of rural doctors under the integrated county medical community and to enhance the stability of this group.A sur-vey was conducted among all rural doctors in the medical community of Shaxian District,Sanming City,Fujian Province.Descriptive analysis was employed to assess the stability of rural doctors,and ordered multivariate logistic regression was used to identify influencing factors.A total of 109 rural doctors partici-pated,with a response rate of 86.50%.The results indicated that the stability of rural doctors was rela-tively high,with an average score of 7.715 out of 10.However,satisfaction with the performance evalua-tion system and public health assessment system was low,with mean scores of 2.642 and 2.660 out of 5,respectively.Influencing factors included age,remuneration,and a sense of professional achievement(P<0.05).Due to the implementation of the integrated county medical community,most rural doctors were willing to stay in their positions.It is recommended to enhance the stability of the rural doctor work-force by recruiting young talents,improving remuneration levels,and focusing on the professional achieve-ment of rural doctors.
