摘要
探讨DRG支付方式带来医疗费用节约化、医疗路径标准化、医疗资源配置合理化的同时,患者就医可能面临医疗质量水平降低、患者就医负担增加、医患关系紧张的问题.分析负向医疗效应成因并结合国家政策引导,提出将价值理念引入医院运营、提升制度政策的适配性、彰显医务人员劳动价值、完善医患理论体系研究、完善监督质量控制等优化建议,从而助力医保支付方式改革进程.
Abstract
This paper discusses the DRG payment will lead to save medical expense and rationalize the allocation of health care resources.However,it may also impact the quality of medical care,increase pa-tients'medical burden,and strain doctor-patient relationships.By analyzing the root causes of these nega-tive effects and combining with national policy guidance,this paper proposes optimization suggestions such as integrating value-based concepts into hospital operations,enhancing system and policy suitability,em-phasizing the professional value of medical staff,advancing theoretical frameworks for doctor-patient inter-actions,and improving supervision quality control.So as to help the process of medical insurance payment reform.
