福建省县域患者互联网诊疗认知现状及需求分析

摘要
探索福建省县域患者对互联网诊疗的认知及使用情况,通过问卷星平台开展问卷调查,调查对象主要为福建省县域的患者.调查内容主要依据互联网医疗现有功能以及相关文献制定,最后对研究结果进行统计与分析.研究共计回收有效问卷260份,在互联网诊疗认知现状方面,59.62%的患者通过新媒体平台了解互联网诊疗服务;在互联网诊疗使用情况方面,"月收入情况""最近1年就诊的次数"等因素对过往使用经历有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);价格高低因素、医保报销因素和其他因素对使用意愿有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).未来互联网诊疗服务应通过加大宣传与推广,简化平台操作难度以提升医疗服务连续性,合理定价以发挥医保调控作用,提高医患信任以及保障患者隐私安全等手段,提升患者线上诊疗满意度,改善基层地区就医环境.
Abstract
To explore the cognition and service demand of patients in Fujian Province on internet diag-nosis and treatment,a questionnaire survey was conducted through the"QuestionStar"platform,with the main participants being patients from counties in Fujian Province.The survey content is mainly based on the existing functions of internet healthcare and relevant literature.Finally,the research results are statis-tically analyzed.A total of 260 valid questionnaires were collected.In terms of the status quo of internet cognition,59.62%of patients learned about internet diagnosis and treatment through new media plat-forms,and 49.23%of patients trust internet diagnosis and treatment.In terms of internet demand analy-sis,85%of patients expressed their willingness to use the internet for diagnosis and treatment.The fac-tors of doctor-patient trust,privacy security and operation process are important factors affecting patients'willingness.Internet diagnosis and treatment service in the future should further improve the service model and process according to the service demand,improve the patient satisfaction with medical care,and improve the medical service and medical environment in grass-roots areas.
