Research on the coupling and coordination of healthcare service and regional economy in the Yangtze River Delta region under the background of high-quality development
In order to explore the coupling and coordinated development of healthcare service and re-gional economy in the Yangtze River Delta region,based on relevant data from three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region from 2017 to 2021,an indicator evaluation system for healthcareservice and regional economy is constructed.The coupling and coordination model is used to evaluate the coupling and coordination degree between healthcareserviceand regional economy.On this basis,the grey relational model is used to explore the factors that affect the coupling and coordination of healthcare service and re-gional economy.The results showed that from 2017 to 2021,the average coupling coordination degree be-tween healthcare service and regional economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region was 0.651 9,0.681 7,0.712 7,0.685 1,and 0.739 3,respectively;The average relative development degrees are 1.439 9,1.301 7,1.265 3,1.059 8,and 1.042 7,respectively;The correlation between the 15 evalu-ation indicators of healthcare service and regional economic coupling coordination is greater than 0.6.The healthcare service and regional economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region have shifted from economic backwardness to synchronous development.There are differences of the coupling and coordina-tion degree between regions,and there is room for improvement.Among them,the allocationand the a-mount of healthcare service are the main factors affecting the coupling and coordination development.The Yangtze River Delta region should follow the nationalpolicies,comprehensively consider and achieve col-laborative linkage,improve the problem of significant differences in coupling and coordination among dif-ferent provinces and cities in the region,and improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare service in the region through infrastructure construction supplemented by digitization,thereby achieving higher quality coordination.
