摘要
目的 探讨心衰患者心血池显像测定的左室心功能多项指标与血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)水平的相关性.方法 选择心衰患者60例和健康对照者30例,行平衡法心血池显像,获得左室功能参数,即左室射血分数(LVEF)、高峰射血率(PER)及高峰充盈率(PFR);同时测定患者血清BNP水平.分析各参数与血清BNP水平的相关性.结果 (1)心衰组各参数与对照组比较,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同LVEF亚组(心衰1组、2组)与对照组两两比较,差别均具有显著性(P<0.05).(2)LVEF、PER、PFR与BNP呈负相关(P<0.01);相角程(PS)与BNP呈正相关(P<0.01).结论 BNP与心血池显像多项指标相关性显著;两者联合检查可作为心衰诊断及判断其严重程度的指导指标.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlations between the indexes of left ventricular function detected by Radionuclide Cardiac Blood pool imaging and the serum concentration of B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) in congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods The study groups contained 60 patients with CHF and 30 adults with normal left ventricular function served as control group. The serum BNP levels were detected by CENTUAR automatic chemluminescence immunoassay and left ventricular function were detected by radionuclide cardiac blood pool imaging using GE Millennium VG SPECT. The correla tions between the parameters of left ventricular function and BNP levels were analyzed. Results (l) The LVEF values in heart failure group was lower than that of the control group, however, the serum BNP was higher than that of the control group. In CHF groups (the group 1 and group 2), the lower the LVEF, the higher the serum BNP concentration, the difference was significant (P＜0.05). (2) The in dexes of LVEF, PER, PFR were negatively correlated with BNP, and the PS was positively correlated with it (P＜0.0l). Conclusion Serum BNP level is highly correlated withthe parameters of left ventricular function detected by radionuclide cardiac blood-pool imaging; The two can be used as the guidance in dicators of diagnosis of heart failure and the degree of cardiac dysfunction.
