摘要

为了探究资管新规出台对金融机构股价的影响,本文先从理论角度分析了其影响机制,其次运用事件研究法,从累计异常收益率方面量化资管新规出台对银行、证券、保险机构股价的影响,最终发现:资管新规出台对银行股价产生了负面效益,对证券和保险机构股价产生了正面效益.
