The procuratorial organs play an important role in the administration of false litigation by exercising various procuratorial supervision powers.However,due to some subjective and objective reasons in legislation and judicial prac-tice,the supervision of the prosecution of false proceedings is faced with many practical difficulties and fails to play its due role.In order to strengthen the supervision and regulation of the false litigation,the procuratorial organs should define its role position accurately,innovate the way of exercising the supervision power,integrate and optimize the supervision func-tions,so as to establish and perfect the internal procuratorial supervision system,promote the construction of external multi-governance patterns,giving full play to the role of legal supervision and social governance functions.
