Contemporary Chinese digital jurisprudence is emerging against the backdrop of the world's unprecedented changes and the fourth industrial revolution.It requires a robust response to the evolution of the global digital governance order and the challenges encountered by modem jurisprudence.Adhering to the digital rule of law concept in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law,the organic combination of technocracy and humanism,using China's approach as a methodo-logical framework,and actively grasping the future while being based on the present are the basic principles that should be followed in the construction of the autonomy of digital jurisprudence in contemporary China.Categories and their systemati-zation are indicators of the development level of theoretical thinking of human beings at a certain stage of history and mark the degree of maturity of each science.Autonomous construction of Chinese digital jurisprudence should also begin with the refinement of a series of categories and the systematization of these categories.Digital jurisprudence continues,expands and innovates the conceptual categories of modern jurisprudence,and refines some new conceptual categories based on the con-crete practice of digital rule of law.Chinese digital jurisprudence should construct a category system from four aspects:on-tology,axiology,operation theory and methodology.
