At present, there is an intensive discussion on the issue of"Jia"in academic circles. This academic trend requires a response and further discussion from a constitutionalist standpoint.Based on a holistic interpretation of the Chi-nese constitutional text,we can find that the Chinese constitutional text contains a three-dimensional spatio-temporal structure, namely political, governmental and social structure. In contrast, the three images of"Jia"presented as the"family of politics",the"family of governance"and the"family of human decency",and relatively, the three implications are"mutuality mode of family and state"',"interaction of family and state"and"social solidarity".The conclusions of this interpretation not only respond to the claims of existing research, but also clarify the possible limits of research logic and methodology in other disciplines.More importantly, this study can also identify the ethical characteristics of Chinese constitutional texts, thus providing a complementary perspective for the all-round implementation of the Chinese constitu-tion.
