The shareability of personal data means personal data has analytical and predictive value only when it forms a scale.It comes from the cognitive function of the symbolic world and has inevitability.However,the source and genera-tion of personal data is not a legitimate reason for the user to share the value of personal data property:the shareability of personal data will cut off the user's attribution of personal data property,except in cases where the user generates it sepa-rately;Even if the user's behavior constitutes the performance of the contract,the user only receives the service payment of the data service contract.The exclusivity of data property is not incompatible with the shareability of personal data,since the latter affects the formation of data property,not the content of data property.The property of personal data shall be en-joyed by the enterprise,except in cases generated separately by the user.In rights of data,the resource holding rights aim to dominate the analytical and predictive value of personal data,the processing and use right is its power,and the product management right is the result of data processing.The separation of rights for data lacks normative necessity,can't and needn't be explained by the bundle of rights or rights as modularity.
