While algorithmic decision-making plays a great social efficiency,it conflicts with the autonomy of person-al information protection,leads to a new algorithm discrimination.The regulation of algorithmic decision-making and the protection of sensitive personal information have long been regarded as two separate systems,but they are closely linked in reality.To properly address the social crisis accompanying algorithmic decision-making and its scenarios,the ethical val-ue of algorithmic decision-making in handling sensitive personal information cannot be ignored,the accuracy and fairness value of algorithmic decision-making must be balanced,and emphasis should be placed on the transformation of the prin-ciples of algorithmic fairness and non-discrimination into specific legal rules and standards from the point of view of the protection of the rights of the citizens.
