The Effect of Different Fertilization Combinations on Sandy Soil Health Indicators in the Southern Edge of Horqin Sandy Land
In order to study the effects of different fertilization combinations on soil improvement in sandy areas,an experiment study is conducted on the sandy soil in Zhangwu County,Fuxin City,Liaoning Province. The experiment used no fertilization as a control(CK)treatment, and set up three fertilization treatments of bio-organic fertilizer mixed with humic acid fertilizer(OH),polyglutamic acid fertilizer(OP),and medium and trace elements fertilizer(OM).The changes in soil microbial quantity and soil physicochemical properties are measured at 6,12,and 18 months after fertilization. The results show that the number of microbial in the soil under different fertilization treatments show a trend of bacteria>actinomycetes>fungi.Among all the treatments,OH treatment has the highest number of bacteria, and the average number of bacteria in the three sampling times is 1.510×107 cfu/g,which is 5.2 times that of CK treatment. The total phosphorus, total potassium, and organic matter content in the soil treated with fertilization are all increased. The average total potassium content in the OP treatment is the highest, with a mass fraction of 5.96 g/kg.The soil pH of fertilization treatment show a decreasing trend.Fertilization treatment increases aboveground biomass of plants.Applying different combinations of fertilizers can effectively increase the number of soil microbial, improve soil physicochemical properties, and increase aboveground biomass of plants, making it a reasonable measure for improving sandy land.
