Effects of Urea Combined with Different Amounts of Microbial Agent on Growth,Development and Yield of Cotton
In order to investigate the effects of urea combined with different amounts of microbial agent on growth and yield of cotton,a field experiment is carried out with common urea alone as the control treatment. The results show that with the increase in the amounts of microbial agent added, the cotton plant height, relative content of chlorophyll in functional leaves(SPAD value),number of cotton buds and bolls, and yield of cotton in each combined application treatment all show an increasing trend.Compared with the control treatment, the yield increase rate of cotton combined application treatment is 7.69%to 13.18%.The combined application of urea and microbial agent can promote the growth and development of cotton,as well as increasing the yield.
