Effects of Functional Organic Fertilizer on Root-Knot Nematode Disease and Yield of Cherry Tomato
Amino acid and chitosan oligosaccharide are prepared using marine biological wastes;functional organic fertilizer is developed and produced with amino acid,chitosan oligosaccharide and King Phoenix bacteria as the main additive components.In order to investigate the effect of functional organic fertilizer on the prevention and control of root-knot nematode disease and the increase in yield,a field plot experiment is carried out with cherry tomato as the experimental object and application of common organic fertilizer as the control treatment.The results show that compared with the control treatment,the application of functional organic fertilizer treatment increases the control effect of root-knot nematode disease by 63.28%to 82.94%,and the yield of cherry tomato increases by 7.60%to 27.29%.The development and application of functional organic fertilizer can greatly reduce the use of pesticide and provide a guarantee for the production of green cherry tomato.
