The Effect of Microbial Agent Containing Humic Acid on the Growth and Root Microbiota of Eggplant
In response to the problem of soil deterioration caused by long-term cultivation and improper management in facility cultivation, resulting in a decrease in eggplant yield and quality,a field plot trial is conducted using conventional fertilization as a control(CK)treatment, with the addition of decomposed cow manure(T1)treatment and microbial agent containing humic acid(T2)treatment.The results show that compared with CK treatment,T2 treatment increases the plant height, stem diameter, yield, and soluble sugar content of eggplants by 22.27%,6.33%,9.09%,and 21.20%,respectively.T2 treatment increased the soil organic matter content by 0.50%,and the number of root soil bacteria and actinomycetes increases by 30.29%and 90.61%,respectively.Taking into account agronomic indicators, yield, quality indicators, and root soil microbial indicators, the application of microbial agents containing humic acid can improve the quality of the facility soil.
