Reasons Analysis and Treatment Measures for Pulverized Coal Burning in Pulverized Coal Bag Filter
During the shutdown and maintenance period of Shell pulverized coal gasification unit,an accident occurred where the pulverized coal in the pulverized coal bag filter is burned.The reasons of the accident are analyzed,and measures such as stopping the discharge of pulverized coal,inputting a certain amount of nitrogen to inert the pulverized coal in the pulverized coal bag,and spraying water at intervals to reduce the temperature of the pulverized coal are taken to avoid damage to the filter bag of the pulverized coal bag filter and explosion-proof plate.
