Development Overview of Water and Fertilizer Integration Technology and Its Application in Watermelon Production
Water and fertilizer integration technology is a new modern agricultural production technology that utilizes water-saving irrigation equipment to transmit water and fertilizer to the roots of crops in a timely,quantitative,fixed-point and proportional manner based on the water and fertilizer requirements of crops at different growth stages,achieving balanced fertilization and optimized irrigation.The general situation of research and development of water and fertilizer integration technology at domestic and foreign is presented,and its advantages and disadvantages in watermelon cultivation are analyzed.In connection with the problems existing in the practical application of water and fertilizer integration technology,the future developing direction is proposed.
