The Application Effect of Nitro Humic Acid from Different Sources on Potted Brassica chinensis L.
In order to investigate the effects of different sources of nitro humic acid as biostimulants on crop growth, quality and soil physical and chemical properties,a basal application pot experiment is carried out with Brassica chinensis L.,and crushed weathered coal(CKⅠ)and lignite(CKⅡ)are used as controls. The results show that nitro humic acid No.2(origin Inner Mongolia)and nitro humic acid No.4(origin Xinjiang)have a better comprehensive performance. The plant height and leaf relative chlorophyll content(SPAD value)of Brassica chinensis L.are promoted. The aboveground fresh weight of single plant is elevated by 3.40%,2.29%,and 9.77%,8.60%compared with that of CKⅠ and CKⅡ treatments, respectively.Compared with CKⅠ treatment, the vitamin C content in the leaves of Brassica chinensis L.treated with different sources of nitro humic acid increased by 5.99%-44.44%,and the nitrate content decreased by 0.13%-11.81%compared with that of CKⅡ treatment.Compared with CKⅠ and CKⅡ treatments, the application of appropriate amount of nitro humic acids can increase the content of organic matter and nitrate nitrogen in the soil, and activate the potassium and phosphorus in the soil. The application of nitro humic acid from different sources can both promote the growth of Brassica chinensis L.,increase biomass, enhance quality and improve soil physical and chemical properties.
