The Effect of Water-Soluble Fertilizer Containing Humic Acids and Amino Acids on the Root System,Yield, and Fruit Quality of Hot Pepper
In order to investigate the application effect of water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acids and amino acids on solanaceous vegetables,a greenhouse plot experiment is conducted with hot pepper as the experimental object and ordinary water-soluble fertilizer treatment as the control. The effect of different fertilization treatments on hot pepper root system, yield, and quality indicators are measured. The results show that compared with the control treatment, the root vitality, main root length, stem diameter, root volume, root surface area, and root tip number of hot pepper treated with water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acids and amino acids increase by 130.77%,23.40%,25.93%,112.12%,146.72%,and 97.46%,respectively.The production increases by 10.11%,profit increases by 4 575.80 yuan/hm2.The content of vitamin C,soluble sugar, and capsaicin in hot pepper increases by 34.81%,77.40%,and 42.65%,respectively.The water-soluble fertilizer containing humic acids and amino acids have a significant promoting effect on the development of hot pepper root systems, greatly improving the quality of hot pepper,as well as increasing yield and income.
