Experimental Study on the Preparation of Single Superphosphate from Phosphorus Containing Wastewater Filter Residue
In order to fully utilize the waste residue(primary neutralization filter residue and secondary neutralization filter residue)generated from the treatment of phosphogypsum leachate, experiments are conducted on the production of single superphosphate using neutralization filter residue as raw material. The effects of the dosage of primary neutralization filter residue, sulfuric acid, secondary neutralization filter residue, and phosphoric acid on the content of available phosphorus,water-soluble phosphorus, free acid, and sulfur in single superphosphate products are investigated. The results show that when the mass ratio of primary neutralization filter residue, sulfuric acid, and secondary neutralization filter residue is 1∶2∶2.5,and the amount of phosphoric acid added is 20%of the mass of primary neutralization filter residue, the obtained single superphosphate product can meet the requirements of qualified product Ⅱ in the national standard"Single Superphosphate"(GB/T 20413-2017).The production of single superphosphate using waste residue generated from the treatment of phosphogypsum leachate as raw material not only solves the problem of post-treatment of sewage filter residue, but also realizes the recycling and utilization of resources.
