Research on Impurity Coefficient in Wet Process Phosphoric Acid Purification by Extraction Method
A self-made extractant is used to extract the pretreatment acid of wet process phosphoric acid,and the extraction acid is washed and then back extracted.The impurity coefficients of the pretreatment acid,the raffinate acids after different times of extraction and back extraction,the washing acids and the back extraction acids are determined respectively,and the change rule of the impurity coefficient is analyzed.The results show that the impurity coefficient from small to large is back extraction acid,washing acid,raffinate acid.The impurity coefficient of pretreatment acid treated by desulfurization is larger than that of non-desulfurization treatment.The larger the impurity coefficient of raffinate acid is,the stronger the selectivity of the extractant to the metal impurities is,and the better the performance of the extractant is.
