离子色谱法或离子交换树脂法测定含聚合态磷磷酸二铵聚合率,存在检测设备昂贵或检测耗时较长的问题.采用国家标准《磷酸一铵、磷酸二铵的测定方法 第 2 部分:磷含量》(GB/T 10209.2-2010)中的重量法测定含聚合态磷磷酸二铵中有效磷的含量,分光光度法测定正磷酸盐含量,然后计算聚合率,可在 3.5 h左右获得测定结果.实验室测试及实际生产应用结果表明,采用分光光度法测定含聚合态磷磷酸二铵的聚合率,可以满足生产控制要求.
Application of Spectrophotometry in Production of Diammonium Phosphate Containing Polymerized Phosphorus
The determination of the polymerization rate of diammonium phosphate containing polymerized phosphorus by ion chromatography or ion exchange resin method has the problems of expensive detection equipment or long detection time.The method in the national standard"Determination of monoammonium phosphate and diammonium phosphate—Part 2:Phosphorus content"(GB/T 10209.2-2010)is used to determine the available phosphorus content in diammonium phosphate containing polymerized phosphorus,and the orthophosphate content is determined by spectrophotometry.Then the polymerization rate is calculated and the determination results can be obtained in about 3.5 hours.The results of laboratory tests and application in actual production show that using spectrophotometry to determine the polymerization rate of diammonium phosphate containing polymerized phosphorus can meet the requirements of production control.
