Determination of Chromium Content in Feed Grade Calcium Dihydrogen Phosphate by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)is proposed for the determination of chromium content in feed grade calcium dihydrogen phosphate.20 mL of hydrochloric acid(1+1)solution is added to the sample, fixed, filtered and then directly determined by ICP-OES method. The results show that ICP-OES method can stably determine the chromium content in feed grade calcium dihydrogen phosphate.By optimizing the instrument parameters, the measurement time does not exceed 40 minutes. The recovery rate of the method is 99.2%to 102.0%,and the relative deviation of the determination results does not exceed 10%,which meets the requirements of the national standard"Determination of Chromium in Feeds"(GB/T 13088-2006).
