摘要
以不同品种有机肥料为考察对象,研究了有机肥浸提液的电导率、养分组成以及浸提固液比对种子发芽指数的影响.结果表明:种子发芽指数与浸提液的电导率呈负相关;氮素对种子发芽指数影响最大,钾素次之,磷素对种子发芽指数影响不大;降低浸提固液比,可以大幅提高种子发芽指数.
Abstract
Taking different types of organic fertilizers as the research object,the effects of conductivity,nutrient composition,and solid-liquid ratio of organic fertilizer extraction solution on seed germination index are studied.The results show that the germination index of seeds is negatively correlated with the conductivity of the extraction solution and nitrogen has the greatest impact on seed germination index,followed by potassium,while phosphorus has little effect on seed germination index.Reducing the extraction solid-liquid ratio can significantly increase the seed germination index.
