Study on the Promoting Effect of Two Microbial Fertilizers on the Growth of Eutrema Yunnanense Seedlings
In order to investigate the promoting effect of two microbial fertilizers(No.1 and No.2)mixed seedling substrate on the growth of eutrema yunnanense seedlings,a pot experiment is carried out.Five treatments are set up for this experiment, with no application of microbial fertilizer as the control(CK)treatment. The added microbial fertilizer amount is 0.25 g/plant and 0.50 g/plant respectively. The leaf area, number of leaves, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate and other indicators of different treatments of eutrema yunnanense seedlings are measured. The correlation between various indicators is analyzed and explored through correlation analysis and the optimal fertilization amount is explored through cluster analysis. The results show that adding microbial fertilizers to the seedling substrate has a certain promoting effect on various indicators of eutrema yunnanense seedlings. The number of leaves treated with microbial fertilizer No.1 increases by 54.55%compared to the CK treatment. The leaf area, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of the No.2 microbial fertilizer treatment increase by 27.43%,87.22%and 16.68%respectively compared to the CK treatment. The leaf area is significantly positively correlated with photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate(P<0.05).Cluster analysis shows that microbial fertilizer No.2 is the optimal fertilizer variety and the optimal application amount is 0.25 g/plant.
