煤化工严苛工况阀门的选型与应用

摘要
经过近20 年的发展,煤化工产业逐渐发展完善,关键设备和技术等方面均实现了重大突破.针对煤化工中气化装置黑水系统、高压氧系统、变换汽提系统等苛刻工况下阀门的使用问题,本文从工艺流程、实际使用等角度,重点分析了阀门所处的苛刻工况条件和装置运营中阀门出现的问题.结合阀门行业的相关研究进展和煤化工企业的使用经验以及生产案例,重点讨论了阀门的阀体材质、结构设计、使用注意事项等问题.针对不同的阀门,分别从阀门制造和工程设计,生产操作角度,提出了相对应的设计建议和改进方向,对工程设计和生产操作人员在阀门选用方面具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
After nearly 20 years of development,the coal chemical industry has gradually developed and improved,achieving significant breakthroughs in key equipment and technology.In response to the use of valves in harsh operating conditions such as the black water system,high-pressure oxygen system,and stripping system of shift process in coal chemical enterprises,this paper focuses on analyzing the harsh operating conditions and existing problems of valves from the perspectives of process flow and ac-tual use.Based on the research progress in the valve industry and the usage experience of coal chemical enterprises,this article focuses on discussing the valve body material,structural design,and usage pre-cautions of valves.For different valves,corresponding design suggestions and improvement directions have been proposed from the perspectives of valve manufacturing,engineering design and production operations,which has certain reference significance for engineering design and production operators in valve selection.
