摘要

水下闸阀是水下生产系统的关键,其稳定性和安全性对油田安全至关重要.针对国内海洋天然气工业水下阀门技术瓶颈,本文提出一种新型水下闸阀方案,适用于深水环境.设计强调动作可靠性,基于液压执行机构,引入独立螺旋传动执行机构作为应急方案,确保液压故障时能迅速切换,保障闸阀持续运行.同时,深入分析和验证了闸阀的密封性能,确保高压环境下的密封性.开发的阀门控制系统采用西门子PLC和相关软件编写控制程序,实现精确控制.液压故障时,系统自动切换至螺旋传动执行机构,确保操作的连续性和可靠性.

Abstract

Submarine gate valves are crucial to underwater production systems,and their stability and safety are vital to the security of oil fields.In response to the technological bottlenecks in domestic ma-rine natural gas industry regarding underwater valves,this design proposes a new type of submarine gate valve suitable for deepwater environments.The design emphasizes the reliability of operation,based on a hydraulic actuator,and introduces an independent helical transmission actuator as an emergency solu-tion to ensure rapid switching in case of hydraulic failure,guaranteeing the continuous operation of the gate valve.At the same time,the sealing performance of the gate valve has been deeply analyzed and verified to ensure sealing under high-pressure conditions.The developed valve control system uses Si-emens PLC and related software to write control programs,achieving precise control.In the event of a hydraulic failure,the system automatically switches to the helical transmission actuator,ensuring the continuity and reliability of operations.
